Wunan Driving Instructors are local to our community. Our team are licensed instructors who will support you in your journey to build your confidence in road rules and tailor an individual program to meet your individual need.
Acting General Manager - Corporate Services
Michelle is the Program Manager of our Wunan Driver Training Program. She regularly engages with Elders and community members to arrange the delivery of the Programs.
All programs are offered to community members in need of assistance to obtain their licences in their own communities by appropriate instructors, to remove barriers to seek employment.
Business Administrator
Is our first point of contact and will book and manage your driving program. They will issue you with a lesson plan and remind you of each lesson.
This program is very popular, so to be fair to all students we operate a strict ‘three strike’ policy for driver participants, who don’t call to cancel appointments that cannot be kept. If we are not notified in advance driver participants will need to reapply to be part of the program.
Driving Access & Equity Program Coordinator / Driving Instructor
Tarn is our Driver Equity Coordinator and has lived in Kununurra – Kimberley for 20 years, having worked for the Department of Education and Wunan Foundation. She regularly visits surrounding communities to engage with youth, elderly and community members to arrange the delivery of the Driver Equity Program and provides support for driver participants.
Driving Instructor
Is a Driver Trainer in Kununurra and has worked in the Education sector for over 10 years. She is very passionate driving instruction who maintains a good relationships with all her clients. Gen aspires to create a relaxed, calm learning environment for all her driver participants to assist them in achieving their best results. Reach out to Gen to answer any queries you may have.
